Simple backup - Automator + rsync
I use this very simple setup to backup from my desktop to NAS. Save this as an app and run every time at startup.
rsync -avz /Users/martin/Pictures/* “/Volumes/Billeder/”

New goggles
After my swimming goggles malfunction at Challenge Solbjerg 2011 I bought a new pair of goggles - Cressi hydra swim mask. They are not pretty but thet are comfortable.

It should have been a fotowalk on a ship…..
But it was so interesting that I forgot to take any pictures. Instead I got a few from the view from bridge on the ship. Jacob and I was lucky to get a guided tour of the ship Beachy Head. The ship is owned by the English Navy and currently hired by Finnlines.
